Pool Opening, Closing & Winter Care Package

A plan-ahead solution for homeowners who want more than just opening and closing. With scheduled winter visits, your pool is monitored and maintained throughout the year for added protection and peace of mind.

Your season begins with our two-visit opening service with REVIVE®, providing the time and treatment needed to establish a clear, balanced foundation from the start.

Visit #1 — Preparation & Start-Up

• Remove, rinse, and store cover on site

• Remove all winter plugs

• Reassemble and reconnect filtration system

• Start system and inspect for leaks

• Add REVIVE® start-up treatment

• Reinstall deck equipment

• Sweep loose debris from patio area

Visit #2 — Cleaning & Balancing

• Vacuum pool (up to ½ hour)

• Test, balance, and adjust water chemistry

• Assemble automatic cleaner

• Reinstall sanitizer cartridges

• Complimentary delivery of chemical order

• Inspect system and advise of any needed repairs

Complete Pool Closing Service
12-point winterization service

Our comprehensive closing service prepares your pool properly—protecting it through the winter and setting the stage for a smooth opening next season.

• Vacuum pool (up to ½ hour; additional time $110 per ½ hour)

• Backwash filter system and lower water level

• Clean DE grids (if applicable)

• Empty skimmer and pump baskets

• Remove plugs from filter, pump, and cleaner pump

• Remove and dispose of Vision and Frog cartridges

• Turn off system breakers and remove timer stops

• Winterize filtration system, pumps, and heater (if applicable)

• Add antifreeze, plug lines, and protect plumbing

• Remove ladders, handrails, and automatic cleaner

• Add algaecide and professional winterizing chemicals

• Install winter cover and inspect system for any needed repairs

Scheduled Winter Care Visits

Two scheduled winter visits are included to help monitor your pool during the off-season. These visits allow us to check conditions, remove debris as needed, and ensure your pool remains properly protected through the winter months. This added level of oversight helps prevent issues and supports a smoother opening in the spring.
