Rebate requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

Please allow 2 weeks to receive your rebate. It will arrive in electronic format via an email from rewards@reward.tremendous.com. Please add that email address to your Safe Senders list when you submit your rebate.

All rebate requests must be submitted ONLINE while completing your warranty registration. (https://registration.maytronics.com)

Mailed-in requests and duplicate, incomplete, and improperly completed submissions will not be honored.

When submitting a rebate, proof of purchase is required. Handwritten receipts, sales history receipts, barcode labels, or credit card statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase.

You will need the following information:

• Dolphin Serial Number

• Proof of Purchase. Offer valid for qualifying IN-STORE purchases made from May 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024.

• Above Rebate Code must be submitted during the warranty registration to receive the rebate.
