WHAT IS A POOL TOUR?

If you are interested in pool ownership and have never designed and built a swimming pool before, our pool tour is an absolute must. Our motto is to Educate, Design, Build. Education is FIRST!

Our priority is to help you understand the design, build process from the beginning.

So if you're serious about pool ownership, our pool tour should be at the top of your list!

1 / WHAT
What exactly is a pool tour?
A pool tour is a weekly event throughout the swim season. Our tour leader guides a small group of people interested in becoming pool owners within approximately a 10-mile radius to see a handful of the swimming pools that we have designed and built within the local Damascus/ Germantown area.

We travel caravan style in separate vehicles, to ensure social distancing guidelines are met.

You can expect to see various options for inground pools, from vinyl liners with simple applications to completely customized concrete swimming pools with multiple waterfalls and all the bells and whistles. Not sure how much your project will cost? We will show you what you get for your money, and explain various options along with the related costs.

2 / WHO
Who should attend a pool tour?
Anyone who is even mildly considering pool ownership should attend our pool tour. We do ask that you reserve a spot. We like to keep our group reasonably small so that we can answer any questions that you may have.

3 / WHEN
When is the pool tour?
We meet in our Germantown location Saturday mornings during the Maryland swim season; usually, May - October at approximately 9:50 am, and the tour starts promptly at 10. Reservations are required ahead of time.

4 / WHERE
Where do we meet for the pool tour?
We meet in our Germantown location. 23731 Ridge Road (Route 27) Germantown, MD. 20876

5 / WHY
Why do you offer a pool tour?
There are many reasons we offer a pool tour, but

the number 1 reason is to educate potential pool owners.

Designing and building a pool is no small task, and education about the process is vital. Another important reason is, well, would you buy a house from a builder without first seeing their work for yourself? I sure hope not. Bottom line, we want you to visit our work for yourself and have an opportunity to get to know us and ask questions.

6 / HOW
How did it all start?
It all started around 2002. Usually, when someone decides that they want a pool in their backyard, it's hard to know where to start. We decided that we wanted to help those buyers who would take the time to come on a pool tour so that they begin to become familiar with the pool design and build process so that an educated decision could be made. We also wanted to drive home the fact that there ís much more to it than just designing and building a pool. What happens after you have a pool? We are proud of the fact that we are a full-service pool company. We will not just put a pool in your backyard and disappear. We are in it for the long haul. Our sincere intention is to develop a relationship that will last for as long as you own a pool.
